Manhattan Beach Real Estate- January Update

Tucker has a very busy January.  He made the AYSO Soccer All Star team which he is very excited to be a part of and he will play on two Basketball Teams.  All Stars starts this weekend. Tuck’s HBYB Orange Monster Crushers are 2-0 to start the year.  His Elite club basketball team has a tournament later this month. He also practices tennis once a week.

Estelle’s basketball team, Blue Lightning, is off to a fast start 1-0.  The girls played great to win their first game.  Estelle had 3 assists that led to 6 points.  She shot the ball plenty of times but hasn’t scored any points. She is determined to make a hoop.

I’m not sure what sports my kids will play when they finally choose one but I do know they will be taught many of them. I do coach them in most of their sports and it has been enjoyable to watch them develop as athletes.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 23 Active listings and 17 homes are in Escrow. There were 16 closed sales in December and One of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 1.1 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 3% discount for their new home. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in December has increased from last month to $1,578,000.
