Estelle is enjoying playing baseball for Dr. Paul’s. She is a good hitter and has been holding her own with the boys on her team.  It’s fun and funny to watch them play. She plays tennis and has jazz weekly.
Tuck’s Elite club basketball team is playing well. They finished 2nd in their last tournament but should have won. They were up by 5 points with 2 minutes left but turn overs cost them the game.  He plays AA baseball for 900 Club (11-2). Tuck is pitching well and he’s starting to hit consistently too. He plays tennis weekly.

Last month, on the avg. home buyers squeeked a 1% discount on the price for their homes. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,175,000.  Manhattan Beach has 1.7 months of available inventory.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 42 Active listings and 32 homes are in Escrow. There were 29 closed sales in April and 11 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 1.2 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 4% discount on the asking price for their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in April has decreased from last month to $2,227,000.
