It’s that time of the year to be THANKFUL for what we have and NOT dwell on what we don’t. I’m blessed to have a great family and lots of friends. I have accomplished a lot with my life. I’m grateful for the relationships that I have and appreciate their support and acts of kindness when I needed them most.

I have a lot to be thankful for. I’m an Olympic Gold Medalist, All-American, Mira Costa High School Distinguished Alumni, UC Santa Barbara Hall of Fame, Sigma Chi- Significant Sig, and CBVA- Beach Volleyball Hall of Fame, and South Bay Brokers Real Estate Top Producer.

I am a man who does a lot for others. I’m a father of two kids, Tucker (10) and Estelle (7). I’ve raised over a million dollars for children’s charities including my own, Dig for Kids. I coach basketball, baseball, volleyball and 2 AYSO soccer teams.

When I was 19 attending UC Santa Barbara, my mother passed away from a bus accident during the Thanksgiving Holiday. At 29, my dad passed away from Cancer. They were not alive to see me accomplish all of my adult fortunes. They have been watching over me for a while and smiling down on me from the heaven above. I’ve been living day by day and my life to the fullest since 19. I am THANKFUL.

Last month, on the avg. home buyers were able to negotiate a 2% discount for their homes. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,407,000. Hermosa Beach Properties Current Market Overview:

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 41 Active listings and 28 homes are in Escrow. There were 21 closed sales in October and 9 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 2 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 8% discount for their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in October has increased from last month to $1,870,000.
