Tuck & Estelle are back in school and playing soccer.  I’m coaching both of their teams so we have a lot of soccer on Saturdays.
Estelle is playing AYSO soccer for the second year.. She plays goalie and plays a part in the cluster of kids trying to kick the ball.  The golden Eagles play 8 vs. 8 and our team is 1-1.  We do keep track of the score and wins vs. losses at this age but no playoffs.
Tuck plays for Argentina and we have 2-1 record. He is one of the older boys on the field and he is playing great.  He has 7 goals in 3 games. Tuck continues with his private basketball, tennis and swimming lessons weekly.  He is a busy boy and very athletic.  It has been fun watching him develop as a well rounded athlete.

Home sales under a million dollars in Manhattan Beach are hard to find, there were only 3 this month.In August, home buyers on the average negotiated a 2% discount off the asking price of their new home. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,079,000.  Manhattan Beach has 1.7 months of available inventory.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 34 Active listings and 22 homes are in Escrow. There were 17 closed sales in August and 3 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 1.7 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 2% discount for their new home. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in August has a huge increase from last month to $2,176,000 due to a Strand purchase and 3 other High End Homes..
