Tucker’s Summer League Basketball team, the Trojans, are undefeated so far (6-0). He has 3 more games left for the perfect season. Tuck was chosen for the Hermosa Beach All Star team. The team went 3-1 in their only Tournament and took Second. It was fun to see them play so well together. Tuck’s summer activities have been nothing but fun with baseball, beach, and basketball camps weekly.
Estelle is having a great summer as well. She’s going to summer school and they are swimming daily. She was our star in the Spring Sing for her school. Estelle is beginning to body surf whenever she is at the beach. It’s been a busy but fun summer for the kids.

HB has about 2.1 months of inventory with 48homes are currently in escrow. Most buyers were able to negotiate a 1% discount on the last offered price of their new home. The median selling price in Hermosa Beach was $1,155,000.
