The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,622,000.  Manhattan Beach has 2.8 months of available inventory.  The highest priced home that sold this month was $6.1 million on Pacific street. The average price per sq/ft. was $975 in July.

Hermosa Beach Properties Current Market Overview:

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 54 Active listings and 23 homes are in Escrow. There were 18 closed sales in July and two of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 3 months of inventory. Most buyers paid over asking price for the purchase of their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in July has increased a lot from last month to $2,063,000. The homes sold this month at an average sq/ft price of $857.
