Manhattan Beach Properties Current Market Overview:

Manhattan Beach has 111 active listings and 50 properties are in Escrow. There were 59 closed sales in June (Zero properties sold under 1 million and 41 over  2 million). Last month, on the avg. home buyers paid over the list price for their homes. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $3,104,000.  Manhattan Beach has 1.9 months of available inventory.  The average price per sq/ft. was $1041 in June.

Hermosa Beach Properties Current Market Overview:

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 54 Active listings and 30 homes are in Escrow. There were 26 closed sales in June and six of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 2.1 months of inventory. Most buyers were able to negotiate a 5% discount on the purchase of their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in June has decreased a lot from last month to $1,856,000. The homes sold this month at an average sq/ft price of $845.
