It’s been an exciting and wonderful year for all of us. We went to Mammoth, Kauai, Maui, Santa Barbara, Alisal Ranch, Costa Rica, Carlsbad, San Onofre, and heading to Park City to go snow skiing. We packed a lot of fun in one year.
The kids get along well and enjoy playing together. There are a few disagreements. They play soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, surf, boogie-board, wake board, water-ski, and snow boarding.
Lisa is the CFO of eight restaurants and starting a new fitness brand called Fierce Lotus. I’m selling residential real estate, owner/coach at Elite Beach Volleyball Club and will start a new venture called “Queen of the Beach” this summer. Stay tuned for more details on both start-ups.

Hermosa has about 1.9 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 5% discount for their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in November has decreased from last month to $1,704,000.
