My son Tuck won the HB Little League Championship and my daughter had her dance recital.  I’m extremely thankful and proud of my kids.  They will play basketball, golf, swim and play some beach volleyball over the summer.  The kids will be getting a little older because it’s their birthdays this month.  Estelle is 7 and Tucker will be 10.

Manhattan Beach has 63 active listings and 51 properties are in Escrow (3 properties are under 1 million and 25 are over 2 million). There were 36 closed sales in May. Last month, on the avg. home buyers paid asking price for their homes. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,516,000.  Manhattan Beach has 1.8 months of available inventory.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 43 Active listings and 33 homes are in Escrow. There were 15 closed sales in May and 11 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 2.9 months of inventory. Most buyers negotiated a 2% discount on the asking price for their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in May has decreased from last month to $2,028,000.
