Estelle’s basketball team, Blue Lightning, finished 2nd in her league, 7-1-2. She had a good team and she enjoyed playing. She is playing baseball for Dr. Paul’s. Estelle is a good hitter but needs to work on catching.  She plays tennis and has jazz weekly.

Tucker’s HBYB Orange Monster Crushers had a great season and finished 2nd in the playoffs. He is playing two sports and only for two teams, finally. Juggling 4 sports is too much for everyone! Tuck’s Elite club basketball team has a tournament this weekend. They are getting better each week. He plays AA baseball for 900 Club (4-1). Tuck plays the infield and pitches.

Manhattan Beach has 60 active listings and 54 properties are in Escrow (2 properties are under 1 million and 31 are over 2 million). There were 34 closed sales in March. Last month, on the avg. home buyers paid the asking price for their homes. The average selling price in Manhattan Beach Properties was $2,109,000.  Manhattan Beach has 1.8 months of available inventory.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 29 Active listings and 30 homes are in Escrow. There were 20 closed sales in March and 5 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 1.4 months of inventory. Most buyers paid asking price for their new homes. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in March has increased from last month to $2,359,000.
