Estelle is learning gymnastics.  She is very coordinated girl and she is left handed and footed but writes with her right hand.  Lefties are great for volleyball, hmm! Estelle is progressing with her spelling and reading. She still likes to play with her dolls but she likes sports too.  She is not a fan of Sports Center though. I hope this changes. 🙂

Tucker has started his basketball season for the Blue Thunder Warriors. They won the first game and Tuck played well earning the Captain Trophy which will given to a new player following each game.  He has private basketball coach weekly which helps with his ball handling skills. Tucker swims and plays tennis with his sister weekly.

Manhattan Beach has only 25 active listings and 22 properties are in Escrow (None of these properties are under 1 million and 12 are over 2 million). There were 28 closed sales in December.  Home sales under a million dollars in Manhattan Beach are gone. In December, home buyers on the average were paying the asking price. The average selling price inManhattan Beach Properties was $1,832,000.  Manhattan Beach has 0.9 months of available inventory.

The Hermosa Beach real estate market has 26 Active listings and 16 homes are in Escrow. There were 16 closed sales in December and 6 of them were under 1 million. Hermosa has about 1.6 months of inventory. Most buyers were able to negotiate a 2% discount on the last offered price of their new home. The average selling price in Hermosa Beach in December has decreased to $1,046,000.
