Tucker’s Summer League Basketball team, the Trojans, were undefeated until the final game (8-1). Tuck played well all season. He has a good shot when he’s open and blocks a lot of shots. Tuck is learning the basic skills of beach volleyball this week in my camp in Hermosa Beach.
Estelle is having a fun summer as well. She’s been body surfing and Boogie Boarding at the beach. She goes out kind of far into the waves but at least there is a sand bar where she can touch. It’s been a fun summer for the kids.

The average selling price in Hermosa Beach was $1,330,000.
